Recipe: Tomato Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of tomato sauce
- 8 oz of pasta (of your choice)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is translucent.
4. Pour in the tomato sauce and stir to combine with the chicken, onion, and garlic.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Let the mixture simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. In the meantime, cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
8. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the skillet with the tomato chicken sauce.
9. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
