Red Snapper with Murunga Leaves and Long Beans

Ingredients:

-1 red snapper fish
-1 bunch of murunga leaves
-1 cup of long beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
-1 teaspoon of pulli
-1 tablespoon of oil
-Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Rinse the red snapper fish and pat dry with a paper towel.

3. Place the fish in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.

4. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

5. Add the murunga leaves and long beans and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Add the pulli and cook for an additional minute.

7. Pour the vegetable mixture over the fish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.

8. Serve the red snapper with the murunga leaves and long beans. Enjoy!
