Red Wine Beef Stew

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of beef chuck, cubed
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 8 ounces of mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup of red wine
- 2 cups of beef broth
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
2. Add the cubed beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the onion, garlic, rosemary, thyme, and black pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Add the mushrooms and cook for another 3 minutes.
5. Pour in the red wine and cook for another 3 minutes.
6. Add the beef broth, tomato paste, and flour and stir until combined.
7. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.
8. Add the butter and stir until melted.
9. Taste and season with salt as needed.
10. Serve hot with crusty bread. Enjoy!
