Rempah Kari Kentang Brokoli

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons of rempah kari
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets

Instructions:

1. Place the potatoes in a thermal blender and blend until smooth.

2. Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the rempah kari. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

3. Add the garlic, onion, and potatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Add the broccoli and cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Serve warm. Enjoy!
