Daikon and Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients:

-1 cup cooked white rice
-1/2 cup diced daikon
-1/2 cup diced cooked chicken
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/4 teaspoon onion powder
-1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the daikon and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Add the chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground ginger. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

5. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
