Kimchi Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup kimchi, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the kimchi and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
5. Push the rice to one side of the skillet and add the eggs. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
6. Add the sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, and pepper. Stir to combine.
7. Cook until the rice is heated through and the flavors are combined, about 3 minutes.
8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
