Rice and Potato Bread
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups cooked potatoes, mashed
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup warm water
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch round baking pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice and mashed potatoes.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
4. Add the melted butter and warm water to the dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
5. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 3-4 minutes.
6. Roll the dough out into a circle and place it in the prepared baking pan.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
8. Let cool before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
