Crispy Talipia and Rice with Broccoli
Ingredients:
- 2 talipia fillets
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Place talipia fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, steam broccoli florets until tender.
4. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add cooked rice and stir to combine. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add steamed broccoli to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
6. Serve talipia fillets over the rice and broccoli. Enjoy!
