Chicken Biryani

Ingredients:

-2 cups biryani rice
-2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
-1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
-1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
-1/2 teaspoon garam masala
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-1/2 cup vegetable oil
-1 onion, diced
-1/2 cup frozen green beans
-2 cups water

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine the biryani rice, garlic powder, cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the spices are evenly distributed.

2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the onion and green beans and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

4. Add the rice mixture to the skillet and stir to combine.

5. Add the water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through.

6. Serve the chicken biryani warm. Enjoy!
