Rice Flour Pancakes

Ingredients:

-1 cup of cooked rice
-1 cup of rice flour
-1/2 teaspoon of salt
-2 tablespoons of oil
-1 cup of water

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine the cooked rice, rice flour, and salt.

2. Add the oil and water and mix until a thick batter forms.

3. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.

4. Drop 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet and spread it out into a thin circle.

5. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges are golden brown.

6. Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

7. Repeat with the remaining batter.

8. Serve warm with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
