Make Ricotta French Toast
Ricotta French Toast
Ingredients:
-2 eggs
-1/2 cup ricotta cheese
-4 slices of bread
-2 tablespoons of butter
-1 teaspoon of sugar
-1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
-Maple syrup
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and ricotta cheese until combined.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
3. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
4. Place the slices of bread into the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
5. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
6. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the French toast.
7. Serve with maple syrup. Enjoy!
