Riso con Wurstel alla Besciamelle
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 wurstel, diced
- 2 cups of risotto rice
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of besciamelle sauce
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the wurstel and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the risotto rice and stir to coat.
5. Add the chicken broth and white wine and bring to a boil.
6. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Add the butter and Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and combined.
8. Add the besciamelle sauce and stir to combine.
9. Serve hot. Enjoy!
