Riso Latte Cake

Ingredients:

-1 cup riso latte
-1 cup sugar
-1 cup all-purpose flour
-2 eggs
-1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the riso latte, sugar, flour, eggs, and salt until well combined.

3. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

4. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely.

5. Serve the cake with a dusting of powdered sugar, if desired. Enjoy!
