Riz Poulet
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked riz
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the cubed chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
4. Add the paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
5. Add the chicken broth and white wine and bring to a simmer.
6. Add the cooked riz and frozen peas and stir to combine.
7. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8. Add the chopped parsley and stir to combine.
9. Serve hot. Enjoy!
