Recipe Name: Roasted Chicken and Vegetable Medley

Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 squash, diced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced squash, sliced onion, minced garlic, sliced carrots, and diced red pepper.
3. Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat evenly.
4. Place the chicken pieces in a separate bowl, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat the chicken pieces.
5. Arrange the seasoned chicken pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
6. Spread the seasoned vegetables around the chicken pieces on the baking tray.
7. Roast in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
