Roasted Krumpli and Chicken

Ingredients:

- 2 large potatoes (krumpli), cut into cubes
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream (tejföl)
- 1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary (rozmaring), chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Place the cubed potatoes and chicken in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, butter, sour cream, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.

3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread out evenly.

4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes and chicken are cooked through and golden brown.

5. Serve hot and enjoy!
