Recipe Name: Roasted Pork Shoulder with Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 1 carre de porco (pork shoulder)
- 4 medium potatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small chunks. Place them in a large baking dish.
3. Season the potatoes with salt, pepper, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, thyme, and rosemary. Toss to coat evenly.
4. Place the carre de porco on top of the seasoned potatoes in the baking dish.
5. Season the pork shoulder with salt and pepper.
6. Roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the pork is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing the pork.
8. Serve the roasted pork shoulder with the seasoned potatoes on the side. Enjoy your delicious meal!
