Make Roasted Tomato and Garlic Pepper Sauce

Recipe Name: Roasted Tomato and Garlic Pepper Sauce

Ingredients:
- 6 ripe tomatoes
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1 red bell pepper
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Cut the tomatoes in half and place them on a baking sheet.
3. Peel the garlic cloves and add them to the baking sheet.
4. Cut the red bell pepper in half, remove the seeds, and place it on the baking sheet.
5. Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes, garlic, and bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the vegetables are soft and slightly charred.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
8. Peel the skin off the red bell pepper.
9. Transfer the roasted tomatoes, garlic, and red bell pepper to a blender or food processor.
10. Blend until smooth, adding more olive oil if needed to reach your desired consistency.
11. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
12. Serve the roasted tomato and garlic pepper sauce over pasta, grilled meats, or as a dip. Enjoy!
