Recipe Name: Romanian Fish Stew (Ciorbă de Pește)

Ingredients:
- 500g fish fillets (such as cod or haddock)
- 2 eggs (ouă)
- 200g cheese (brânză), grated
- 4 cloves of garlic (usturoi), minced
- 1 onion (ceapă), chopped
- Salt (sare) and pepper (piper) to taste
- 1 cup rice (orez)
- 200g green beans (fasole păstăi), trimmed and chopped
- 3 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup tomato juice (suc de roșii)
- 1 cup tomato puree (bulion)

Instructions:
1. In a large pot, bring 8 cups of water to a boil. Add the fish fillets and cook for 5 minutes. Remove the fish from the pot and set aside to cool. Once cooled, flake the fish into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the grated cheese. Slowly pour this mixture into the boiling water, stirring constantly to create a creamy base for the stew.
3. Add the minced garlic, chopped onion, salt, and pepper to the pot. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
4. Stir in the rice, green beans, and diced potatoes. Cook for another 10 minutes, or until the rice and vegetables are tender.
5. Add the flaked fish, tomato juice, and tomato puree to the pot. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
6. Let the stew simmer for an additional 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the flavors have fully developed and the stew has thickened to your desired consistency.
7. Taste and adjust the seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.
8. Serve the Romanian Fish Stew hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired. Enjoy this hearty and flavorful dish with crusty bread on the side.

Enjoy your delicious Romanian Fish Stew!
