Rootbeer Float Cake
Ingredients:
-2 cups all-purpose flour
-1 teaspoon baking soda
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-3/4 cup Coca-Cola
-1/2 cup rootbeer
-1/2 cup milk
-2 eggs
-1/2 cup melted butter
-1/2 cup chopped bread
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the Coca-Cola, rootbeer, milk, eggs, and melted butter. Whisk until combined.
4. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
5. Fold in the chopped bread.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Allow the cake to cool completely before serving.
8. To serve, top the cake with scoops of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of rootbeer. Enjoy!
