Rum Ball Chicken Liver Recipe
Ingredients:
-1 pound chicken livers
-1/2 cup rum balls, crushed
-1/4 cup olive oil
-1/4 cup chopped onion
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon dried thyme
-1 teaspoon dried oregano
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the crushed rum balls and olive oil.
3. Add the chicken livers to the bowl and mix until they are evenly coated.
4. In a separate bowl, mix together the onion, garlic, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
5. Spread the chicken livers in a single layer on a baking sheet.
6. Sprinkle the onion mixture over the chicken livers.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken livers are cooked through.
