Cheesy Bacon Hash Brown Bake

Ingredients:

- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups frozen shredded hash browns
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the hash browns, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

3. Spread the hash brown mixture into the prepared baking dish.

4. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the top of the hash browns.

5. Pour the beaten eggs over the top of the bacon and hash browns.

6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the hash browns are golden brown.

7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
