Make Salmon and Cheese Filo Pie
Salmon and Cheese Filo Pie
Ingredients:
- 4 ounces Greek cheese, grated
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 8 sheets of filo pastry
- 7 ounces cooked salmon, flaked
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Grease a 9-inch pie dish with butter.
3. In a bowl, mix together the grated cheese and eggs.
4. Place one sheet of filo pastry in the bottom of the pie dish. Brush with melted butter.
5. Place half of the cheese and egg mixture in the bottom of the pie dish.
6. Place another sheet of filo pastry on top of the cheese and egg mixture. Brush with melted butter.
7. Place the flaked salmon on top of the filo pastry.
8. Place the remaining cheese and egg mixture on top of the salmon.
9. Place the remaining filo pastry on top of the cheese and egg mixture. Brush with melted butter.
10. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
11. Serve warm. Enjoy!
