Salmon and Chia Seed Bowl

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked salmon
- 1 cup cooked prawns
- 1/2 cup cooked oats
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup flaxseeds
- 2 carrots, grated
- 2 figs, diced
- 1/2 cup corn
- 2 cups salad greens

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Place salmon and prawns on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.

3. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, flaxseeds, carrots, figs, and corn.

4. Once salmon and prawns are cooked, remove from oven and flake into the bowl with the other ingredients.

5. Mix everything together until combined.

6. Divide the mixture into two bowls and top each bowl with 1 cup of salad greens.

7. Serve and enjoy!
