Salmon and Kale Burger with Avocado and Sauerkraut

Ingredients:

- 1 pound of ground salmon
- 2 cups of chopped kale
- 2 tablespoons of cod liver oil
- 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup of sauerkraut
- 1/2 cup of broccoli sprouts
- 1/2 cup of brussel sprouts
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 4 hamburger buns

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a large bowl, combine the ground salmon, kale, cod liver oil, nutritional yeast, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mix until combined.

3. Form the mixture into 4 patties and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

6. Add the sauerkraut, broccoli sprouts, and brussel sprouts. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7. Toast the hamburger buns in the oven for 5 minutes.

8. To assemble the burgers, place a patty on each bun and top with the sauerkraut mixture, avocado slices, and additional toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
