Make Salmon and Potato Hash
Salmon and Potato Hash
Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 apple, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 8 ounces cooked salmon, flaked
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes and onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are golden and tender, about 10 minutes.
3. Add apple, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
4. Add salmon and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish.
6. Bake for 15 minutes, or until heated through.
7. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
