Salmon with Lemon Herb Butter Sauce

Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
4. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
5. Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped parsley. Cook for another minute.
6. Place the seasoned salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Spoon the lemon herb butter sauce over the salmon fillets.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
