Sardine and Egg Cornflake Bake
Ingredients:
-1 egg
-1/4 cup of milk
-2 cups of cornflakes
-1 can of sardines
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg and milk until combined.
3. Add the cornflakes to the egg mixture and stir until the cornflakes are evenly coated.
4. Grease a baking dish with butter or oil and spread the cornflake mixture evenly in the dish.
5. Drain the sardines and spread them evenly over the cornflake mixture.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
