Sardine Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons soya sauce
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 cans sardines, drained
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the eggs and scramble until cooked through.
3. Add the cooked rice and soya sauce and stir to combine.
4. Add the diced tomato and sardines and stir to combine.
5. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.
6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
