Haricot Blanc and Steak Bolognaise

Ingredients:

-1 lb. haricot blanc
-1 lb. steak, cut into cubes
-1 jar of bolognaise sauce
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the steak cubes and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the steak is browned and cooked through, about 8 minutes.

3. Add the haricot blanc and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

4. Pour in the bolognaise sauce and stir to combine.

5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Serve the haricot blanc and steak bolognaise over cooked pasta or rice. Enjoy!
