Tuna and Quinoa Bowl
Ingredients:
-1 can of tuna
-1 cup of cooked quinoa
-1/2 cup of diced carrots
-1/2 cup of diced cauliflower
-1/4 cup of diced onion
-1 clove of minced garlic
-2 tablespoons of soy sauce
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
3. Add the carrots, cauliflower, and tuna and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
4. Add the cooked quinoa and soy sauce and stir to combine.
5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
