Pork and Spaghetti
Ingredients:
-1 lb. pork, cut into cubes
-1 lb. spaghetti
-1 jar of tomato sauce
-2 cloves of garlic, minced
-1 onion, diced
-1 teaspoon of oregano
-1 teaspoon of basil
-1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
-Salt and pepper, to taste
-Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a few tablespoons of olive oil.
2. Add the pork cubes to the skillet and cook until lightly browned.
3. Add the garlic, onion, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the jar of tomato sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.
5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
7. Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions.
8. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet with the pork and tomato sauce.
9. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
10. Serve the pork and spaghetti with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
