Teriyaki Shrimp and Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups uncooked white rice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
3. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, teriyaki sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
4. Place the shrimp and marinade into a baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until shrimp is cooked through.
5. Serve the shrimp and marinade over the cooked rice. Enjoy!
