Saucisse Farci aux Sardines
Ingredients:
-1 lb. saucisse
-1 can sardines, drained and chopped
-2 tablespoons beurre
-1/2 cup farine
-1 egg
-1/2 cup bread crumbs
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together the sardines, beurre, farine, egg, and bread crumbs until well combined.
3. Cut the saucisse into 1-inch thick slices.
4. Place a spoonful of the sardine mixture onto each slice of saucisse.
5. Roll up the saucisse slices and place them in a greased baking dish.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
