Make Sausage and Cabbage Fried Rice with Peanut Butter Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 4 sausages, sliced
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together the peanut butter with 2 tablespoons of warm water to create a smooth sauce. Set aside.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced sausages and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the sausages from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook until slightly wilted, about 5 minutes.
