Sausage and Cornflake Tortilla


- 2 large tortillas
- 2 cooked sausages, sliced
- 2 cups cornflakes
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 2 tablespoons olive oil


1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced sausages and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Place the tortillas on a baking sheet. Top each tortilla with the cooked sausage, cornflakes, and shredded cheese.

4. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the cornflakes are lightly browned.

5. Remove from oven and top with salsa. Serve warm. Enjoy!
