Make Sausage and Egg Breakfast Sandwich
Sausage and Egg Breakfast Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 1 sausage link, cooked and sliced
- 1/4 onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour, and water until combined.
2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and sausage and cook until the onion is softened and the sausage is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the eggs are set, about 3 minutes.
4. Place the bread slices in the toaster.
5. Place the cooked egg mixture on one slice of toast and top with the cheese slices.
6. Place the other slice of toast on top and press down lightly.
7. Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
