Recipe Name: Sausage and Mozzarella Pasta

Ingredients:
- 2 sausages, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg
- 200g pasta
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup cooked rice
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the sliced sausages and cook until browned.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
4. In a bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, salt, and pepper.
5. Add the cooked pasta, rice, and egg mixture to the skillet with the sausages. Stir well to combine.
6. Squeeze the lemon juice over the pasta and mix in the shredded mozzarella.
7. Cook for a few more minutes until the cheese is melted and the pasta is heated through.
