Make Sausage and Natto Stir-Fry
Sausage and Natto Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
-1/2 lb. sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
-1 package natto
-1 banana, sliced
-1/2 block of firm tofu, cubed
-1/4 cup plum wine
-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sausage and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the natto, banana, and tofu and cook for another 3 minutes.
4. Pour in the plum wine and stir to combine.
5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
