Make Sausage and Potato Rice
Sausage and Potato Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 sausages, cut into small pieces
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and sauté until it is softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the potatoes and sauté for another 5 minutes.
4. Add the sausages and cook until they are browned, about 5 minutes.
5. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
