Ingredients:
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat some olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the broccoli florets and sliced mushrooms to the skillet, stir well to combine.
4. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender but still crisp.
5. Add the diced tomato to the skillet, season with salt and pepper.
6. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
