Sautéed Shitake Mushrooms

Ingredients:

-1/2 lb shitake mushrooms, sliced
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the mushrooms and garlic and season with salt and pepper.

3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are golden and tender, about 5 minutes.

4. Serve hot. Enjoy!
