Savory Rice and Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients:

- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 egg
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the rice flour, wheat flour, egg, water, and salt until combined.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

3. Scoop about ΒΌ cup of the batter into the skillet and spread it out into a thin, round pancake.

4. Cook for about 2 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.

5. Flip the pancake and cook for another 2 minutes, until golden brown.

6. Transfer the pancake to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.

7. Serve the pancakes hot, with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
