Schezwan Veggie Toast


- 2 slices of bread
- ½ cucumber, thinly sliced
- ½ onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of Schezwan sauce
- 2 tablespoons of grated cheese


1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and spread the Schezwan sauce evenly over the top.

3. Top the bread slices with the cucumber, onion, and tomato slices.

4. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the vegetables are lightly browned.

6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
