Recipe Name: Schinken-Zucchini Fritters with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 Zwiebel, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Pepsi
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 100g Schinken, diced
- 1/2 cup Mehl
- 2 tbsp Mayo
- 1 tbsp Senf
- 1 Zucchini, grated
- 1 cup Blumenkohl, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Wasser
- 70ml Milch
- 1/4 cup Erdnüsse, crushed

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the Zwiebel, Pepsi, Ketchup, Schinken, Mehl, Mayo, and Senf until well combined.
2. Add in the grated Zucchini and chopped Blumenkohl to the mixture and stir to combine.
3. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the Wasser. Using a spoon, scoop out the fritter mixture and place it in the pan, flattening it slightly with the back of the spoon.
4. Cook the fritters for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
5. In a small saucepan, heat the Milch and Erdnüsse until warmed through.
6. Serve the Schinken-Zucchini fritters hot with the warm peanut sauce on the side.
