Credit Card Sushi
Ingredients:
-1 credit card
-1 pair of scissors
-1 sheet of nori (seaweed)
-1 cup of cooked sushi rice
-1/4 cup of sushi vinegar
-1/4 cup of assorted sushi fillings (e.g. cucumber, avocado, smoked salmon, etc.)
Instructions:
1. Cut the credit card into thin strips, about 1/4 inch wide.
2. Place a sheet of nori on a flat surface.
3. Spread the cooked sushi rice evenly over the nori, leaving a 1/2 inch border on all sides.
4. Sprinkle the sushi vinegar over the rice.
5. Place the assorted sushi fillings in a line down the middle of the nori.
6. Place the credit card strips on top of the fillings.
7. Roll the nori up tightly, starting at one end and rolling towards the other.
8. Cut the roll into 1-inch pieces with the scissors.
9. Serve the sushi with soy sauce and wasabi, if desired. Enjoy!
