Recipe Name: Scrambled Egg Toast

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 bell pepper, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
3. Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the pan and sauté until softened.
4. Pour the whisked eggs into the pan and let them cook for a minute without stirring.
5. Using a spatula, gently scramble the eggs until they are cooked to your desired consistency.
6. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
7. Place the scrambled eggs on top of the toast and serve hot.
