Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of oregano
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, salt, pepper, and oregano until combined.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the egg mixture to the skillet and cook, stirring constantly, until the eggs are cooked through and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
4. Serve the scrambled eggs warm. Enjoy!
