Scrambled Eggs with Ketchup and Veggies
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced carrots
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and carrots and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until combined.
4. Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are cooked through.
5. Add the ketchup and stir to combine.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve the scrambled eggs with ketchup and veggies warm. Enjoy!
