Scrambled Eggs with Onion and Carrot

Ingredients:

- 2 eggs
- 1/4 onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
- 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions:

1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter.

2. Once the butter has melted, add the onion and carrot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are cooked through.

5. Serve the scrambled eggs with onion and carrot warm. Enjoy!
